As i’m very willing to upload things…
I want to give people something extra, that others don’t.

Well, i’m giving you my experience of usefull e-books.

My first upload consists of some e-books that helped me with my weight problem.

Before i began my training, i weighted 100 kg (220 pounds), thanks to these e-books, i learned how my body works and what to do if i want to weigh less.

Now, a couple of months later. I only weigh 73 kg!!! which is 160.6 lbs.

I added some pictures in the post here.

Here i didn’t read a thing, only used the workouts described in the book (a half an hour in 2 days!)
And i changed the “walking” process into ropeskipping ! For better effects.

Also, i did the exercises in the morning, with a little drink mixed with whey protein (and when i haven’t eaten already).

100% succesfull, and i started with it 6 months ago!
